Machining method of CNC punch

1) single punch: single punch, including line distribution, arc distribution, circle distribution and grid hole punching.

2) continuous blanking in the same direction: use the method of partial overlapping processing of rectangular mold to process long hole, edge cutting, etc.

3) multi direction continuous blanking: the processing method of using small mold to process large hole.

4) nibbling: a small round die is used to continuously punch the arc with a small step distance.

5) single forming: the processing method of one-time shallow drawing forming according to the mold shape.

6) continuous forming: the forming and processing mode of forming larger than the mold size, such as processing mode of large-size louver, rolling bar, rolling step, etc.

7) array forming: machining multiple identical or different workpieces on large plates.
